Oak Honey from Serra da Malcata comes from the buds of oak acorns and is produced in June and July in the northern part of the Serra da Malcata, along the banks of the Côa River, in the abundant oak forests. This honey is very dark in color and extremely dense. It has a characteristic malt aroma and is highly appreciated by those who prefer less sweet products.
